No-fuss fondants

Chocolate fondants are notoriously tricky to get right, but this kit is all you need to make four showstopping puddings with almost no effort and perfect, melt-in-the-middle gooey chocolate sauce centres.

Just add an egg, butter and milk

Once you’ve greased the four foil ramekins, simply add an egg, butter and milk to a mixing bowl, whisk then add the fondant mix from the kit. Stir thoroughly, divided between the ramekins and bake. Serve warm, dusted with a dollop of cream or a scoop of ice cream.
