Developed from one of Mary Berry’s own recipes, this deliciously aromatic Lemon and Thyme Sauce is a ready-made way to pep up any home-cooked meal that seems in danger of being a bit bland – and it’s been made with less sugar than previous versions, so while it’s just as tasty as ever, it’s better for you!

Bursting with flavour and the zesty aromas of thyme, garlic and lemon, it’s a simply scrumptious way to add instant flavour to chicken, meat, fish (especially salmon), or pasta dishes, it works as a superbly tasty topping for a baked potato, and can be used as a marinade too.

"Surprise"

Very surprised and disappointed at the change in bottle size of Mary Berry’s Lemon and Thyme sauce I find this product works so well with fish especially salmon fillets and chicken It keeps so well in the fridge I’ve praised the product to my whole family and they also love it Why the change in the size of the bottle?

"Disappointed- totally changed"

Was very excited to see my favourite cooking sauce for sale again, so I ordered a dozen bottles! Cooked with the first bottle tonight to find it has totally changed... my once favourite thick and tasty sauce, has now become thin, watery and tasteless. No mention of a recipe change on the bottle. We’re so disappointed.
