Nielsen-Massey’s Orange Blossom Water brings the sweet perfume of the orange grove to a variety of dishes and is an essential ingredient in Persian, Arabic, Indian and Turkish cuisine. For a subtle fruity tang, try adding it to sweet foods such as custards, cakes, cookies and puddings such as panna cotta, or to dressings, marinades or cocktails. With its delicate flavour, it’s also a good alternative to use in dishes that use rose water, if you find that a little too overpowering.

Also known as the Essential Oil of Neroli, Orange Blossom Water is produced by water distillation of the blossoms of the bitter orange tree.
