Sweet and fragrant, Nielsen-Massey’s Rose Water is distilled from the purest rose petals. With delicate floral notes, it’s commonly used in Middle Eastern, Indian and Greek cuisine, but also makes a luxurious addition to jams, drinks, and pastries such as baklava. Perfect for making subtly flavoured rice pudding or panna cotta, only a few drops are needed to achieve a luxurious flavour, and it also beautifully complements dark and white chocolate, vanilla and fruits such as strawberries. It has long been used as a substitute for wine in recipes, and a few drops can raise simple bakes like madeleines to a luxurious new level.
