Caterpack Candy Striped Paper Straws Pink, Blue And Yellow Pack Of 150
Product number: 61440
Enjoy every last drop of your favourite drinks with these extra-long Pink, Blue and Yellow Candy-Striped Paper Straws. Whether you’re drinking from a hi-ball glass or tumbler, straight from the can or from a pop bottle you’ll be able to reach every thirst-quenching drop with guilt-free ease.
Made from stiff, high quality paper with an FSC certificate to prove that the paper’s made from environmentally friendly and sustainable sources, these vibrant yellow, pink and blue-striped straws last far longer than the average paper straw and even though they’re not wax-coated, they won’t shrivel into a soggy mess like so many others.
Ideal for parties, they come in an attractive dispensing pack so guests can pick their favourite colour and add instant fun to every beverage.
Even better, when you’re finished with each straw, you can add it to your compost bin or throw it away with a clear conscience as, being made from nothing more than paper, they’re completely biodegradable.
Free from beeswax, they’re suitable for vegans.

A great relief to shift from plastic. The straws are very sturdy & even stand up to hot drinks.
Remembering the paper straws of my youth which invariably caved in making you burst a blood vessel trying to suck I was somewhat dubious about these, but to my surprise they really work! They don't get all soggy and disintegrate - I even left one in a can overnight and was still able to use it the next day. Now all I have to do is train the grandchildren to put them in the paper recycling bin! Any chance you could make these with a bendy bit in or would that weaken them too much?
Thanks for placing your review and for your suggestion about a bendy bit - I suspect you're right about it weakening the structure however I've passed the suggestion to our buying team so do watch this space.
