Grill talk

The expansive stainless steel surface has two individually controlled, quick-to-heat-up (about 10 minutes) elements with four settings, so you can cook food at different temperatures at either end. Distributing heat evenly, it’s great for fried rice, eggs, strips of beef or chicken, prawns, vegetables, noodles and so much more – burgers, bangers, bacon and veggie breakfast grills will also benefit. You get two spatulas for moving food around just like the professionals, and a stainless steel dome that can be placed over food as it cooks to prevent moisture escaping, keeping it deliciously succulent and full of flavour.

Get into the groove

Made from a single sheet of stainless steel, the cooking surface has no places where food can get stuck, and features a channel all the way round the edge to catch juices and fat, which drain away into the removable grease collection drawer.
