Touchscreen display

With a high resolution colour display, the touch sensitive screen and rotary dial make the CI Touch really easy to use... It’s super-simple to scroll through the clear instructions to choose which of the ten styles of coffee you’d like, and you just press the dial when you’re happy with your selection.

Dual coffee bean hoppers

With Manual Bean Select you can choose between two coffee bean varieties to suit your mood and the time of day, which is brilliant if you prefer a milder coffee variety to your partner, or you both like to drink decaf in the evenings. Just fill the split coffee hopper with your chosen type of beans and select the grade that you’d like them ground to. The tinted container with its innovative Aromasafe lid helps to preserve the flavour of your beans until they’re ground, and there’s an integrated coffee chute that lets you spoon pre-ground coffee directly into the machine if you ever run out of beans.

As well as the classics – espresso, café crème, cappuccino and latte macchiato, there are six other coffee specialities in the menu – from a simple lungo or Americano to an espresso macchiato.

Programmable memory

Melitta’s ‘My Coffee Memory’ feature is fully programmable and able to remember the preferred coffee setting for up to four people, so you don’t have to tell it how to make your favourite coffee every time you want a brew. You can be sure you’ll have the exact amount of coffee brewed at your preferred temperature, the perfect quantity of milk and your ideal amount of froth every time you open your user profile.

All-in-one dispensing outlet

Sensibly designed, the CI touch dispenses coffee, milk and hot water in one place, so there’s no need to move your cup while it’s creating your chosen drink. The outlet is height adjustable so you can easily fit latte glasses under the nozzles and there’s an integrated LED light so you can see your cup filling even if you’ve chosen not to put the kitchen lights on and face the day yet. Adjusts up to 14cm H.

Double cup mode

Your CI Touch coffee machine can make two coffees at a time so you can get straight to the serious business of after-dinner conversation without too long a wait.

• Italian preparation process – authentic coffee-shop flavours are delivered by strictly following the original Italian recipes for making any style of coffee – so, for a latte macchiato, the espresso is added after the milk, exactly as it would be if a trained barista made it for you.
• Plug-in milk system – made to fit in any brand of fridge, the dishwasher safe milk container attaches to the machine when you’re in the mood for a milky coffee and the CI Touch will take care of heating and frothing the milk to perfection before dispensing it into your drink.
