Programmable timer
Super-simple to programme, you can set the timer in 5 minute increments up to 24 hours in advance, which is ideal for those who like to be woken by the aroma of their breakfast coffee as it brews, and perfect for anyone who wants to serve proper coffee at the end of a dinner party without taking time away from the conversation at the dinner table.
Unbreakable insulated jug
With a reinforced double-wall construction, the shockproof stainless steel jug will keep your coffee hot for at least 2 hours once it’s made, saving on electricity while keeping your just-brewed coffee just right. The brew-through, EasyClick lid lets coffee drip straight into the jug with no heat loss and the twin fasteners make it simple to lock on and lift off – it won’t wobble about or drop off without warning mid pour. The jug lid and filter are dishwasher safe.
Innovative AromaSelector function
A simple turn of a dial on the top of your machine allows you to set the intensity of your coffee’s aroma, from mild-aromatic to strong-intensive – there’s no need to alter the amount of coffee or water you use, the machine will take care of the taste.
1.2 litre water tank
The wraparound water tank has graduated markings up both of its viewing panels, so you can see at a glance that you’re only going to heat the water you need. It can hold enough water for 10 large coffees (125ml) or 15 small cups (85ml).
3-in-1 limescale protection
Melitta’s coffee experts know that any coffee machine needs regular descaling to work at its best, so they’ve provided a programmable water hardness level, a calcification display and a convenient descaling programme, to help you keep your filter coffee machine in peak condition. Once set, the water hardness that you’ve chosen will not default back to factory settings when switched off, so if you move house you may need to re-programme it.
Please note: the Look IV Therm Filter Coffee Machine comes pre-set to a hard water setting.
