Romney’s Kendal Mint Cake is world-famous for having been eaten by Sir Edmund Hillary on the first successful ascent of Mount Everest in 1953. It’s since inspired a mint cake-flavoured vodka, which has been used here to give Romney’s delicious handmade butter fudge a lovely minty flavour with a hint of warming vodka.
