It’s one of the most refreshing gin mixers we’ve ever tried, in fact we think it knocks the socks off that traditionally famous fruity summer cup… It even smells like a summer’s day in an English garden, but without the risk of hayfever!

The mixology experts under Lady T’s command have created a classic flavour combination that blends apple, grape, cucumber and lemon with extracts of rose, mint and basil as well as a few carefully selected botanicals, creating a fresh and fruity mixer that perfectly complements the botanicals in a measure of gin to make a fabulous gin cocktail.

Whatever time of year you try it, it’s sure to bring the very essence of summer to your taste buds – perfect for sipping at weddings, while watching tennis or cricket, and a brilliant way to recall the lazy days of summer when you’re curled up on the sofa on a winter’s evening.

Serving suggestion: – fill a tall glass with ice, add a measure (or two) of your favourite gin and twice as much Garden Collins Mixer. Garnish with a sliver or two of cucumber and enjoy.
