Take a shortcut to the real taste of Spain with a spoonful of Brindisa’s Salsa Brava… Painstakingly made to a traditional recipe with a pleasant paprika-based heat, this spicy tomato sauce has been created as a speedy cheat to make your own patatas bravas, however it can also be used as a marinade for meats and veggies – especially for anything going onto your barbecue – and it’s a great way to add a little bit of heat to beans on toast, even if you haven’t made the baked beans from scratch.

Made for Brindisa in the southern Navarra region of Spain, where the waters of the river Ebro irrigate fields of vegetables, it’s an authentic Spanish recipe of tomatoes, piquillo peppers and piquant spices like paprika, all combining to give a finish that’s slightly smoky with a little bit of a kick.
