How the Magic Works

Each bottle contains the extract from over 130 hand-picked butterfly pea flowers (along with just sugar and water) to provide a completely natural blue food colouring. It contains an antioxidant that reacts to acidity, gradually shifting the shade of your drink from blue to shades of purple and pink, depending how much citrus you add.
