• Ethiopia: Yirgacheffe – The coffee has a sweet floral aroma, giving a slightly sweet coffee with hints of berries and stoned fruit and a complex chocolate-mint aftertaste. Medium lime acidity.
• Costa Rica: Bromelia Fancy – A cup of coffee with a full, sweet aroma and complex flavours with hints of honey and stoned fruit, and an aftertaste of mild chocolate powder that lingers in your mouth. Medium lime acidity.
• Honduras – Produces a full aroma that has just a hint of fruitiness. The taste hints at berry flavours with chocolatey notes in the aftertaste. Medium body with sweet citrus acidity.
