Their Mulled Wine Fruit Infusion is a merry medley of fruit and festive spices, blending hibiscus and blackberry leaves for sweetness, dried apple for bite and just a little essence of clove. A flavour-packed blend, when you open the lid, you’ll be greeted with an amazingly evocative aroma that captures the essence of German Christmas markets.

Add a little to a tea infuser, place into a cup of hot water and allow to brew for a few minutes to make a warming fruit tea; tie a little into a muslin bag and simmer in a pan of wine or cider for a hot, mulled festive tipple, or infuse in fruit juice to make an iced punch for parties.
