Just add the pre-mixed spices to your minced meat – you can use pork, beef, chicken or turkey – then use the piping bag to fill the casing. There’s enough spice mix to make about 20 chilli and paprika-packed bangers that will kick ordinary sausages into touch. And because you’ve made them yourself, you’ll know exactly what’s gone into your sizzlers.
