Created and baked in a Derbyshire bakery that’s been in the business for over 70 years, these dainty English shortbread rounds are made by ‘real’ people with skill and care from quality ingredients. They still sift and weigh ingredients by hand, use the same bronze rollers and biscuit moulding methods that they’ve always used and, finally, they bake biscuits until the smell is just right and check their golden-brown perfection by eye.
