During exhaustive taste-testing sessions, we’ve selected a premium range of scrumptious toppings that are a touch above the ordinary:-

• Spiced Raspberry - real, freeze-dried raspberry chunks, atop rich, dark chocolate with cinnamon.
• Caramelised Hazelnut - chunks on top of a solid milk chocolate star.
• Coconut Crème Brûlée - coconut shavings on top of a crème brûlée-flavoured white chocolate star.
• Salted Caramel Sparkle - crystalline flakes of Halen Môn sea salt, from Anglesea – sea salt that’s so special it has European PDO status – on a milk chocolate star infused with sweet caramel.

The dark chocolate stars are made with 70% cocoa, while the milk chocolate versions have a higher-than-average cocoa content at 33.5% and the white chocolate stars are created with cocoa butter.
