These lovely golden bites of Salted Caramel Honeycomb really are the bee’s knees and no wonder. They’re made by London-based confectioners Mighty Fine who specialise in honeycomb and honeycomb-based creations and so they’ve mastered the secret of the crispy, light texture while still incorporating dollops of real Oxfordshire honey to keep the flavour full and golden.
To make these utterly on-trend salted caramel treats they salt the honeycomb slightly before it sets and then dip the bite-sized pieces in caramel-infused Belgian milk chocolate. Yum! Great for nibbling with elevenses, or an afternoon mug of tea, after dinner or even serving with vanilla ice cream.
But beware! These melt-in-the-mouth morsels of real, handmade honeycomb are dangerously moreish. You may not get much use out of the resealable seal...
