Fudge Kitchen have been hand-crafting their original, artisan recipes for over 30 years using traditional methods and a lot of love. They hand-stretch their caramel to make it extra creamy and smooth before double coating it in thick milk chocolate and topping with crunchy pink Himalayan rock salt – the perfect match. When you bite into these little ‘turtle’ shells you’ll be rewarded with a sublime combination of melt-in-the-mouth sweetness and a savoury crunch.

"Salted Caramels - Christmas Gift"

These were gifted to me at Christmas and I prefer my chocolate chilled so i popped these in the fridge. Being in the fridge they were not so much gooey as chewy - which is exactly what I was hoping for. These things are divine... I only managed to resist for so long after eating one before I demolished the entire packet. Upset that they are gone but they were amazing. Best caramel I have tasted in a long time and the salt complements the super sweet caramel perfectly. Thank you for the experience.
