Created by the renowned Italian baking family of Corsini, at the edge of the Maremma valley in Tuscany, this delicious panettone is created with all the passion and skill that comes from three generations of closely guarded baking know-how. The dough is created using a rich mother yeast, risen slowly to create the characteristic airy fluffiness, flavoured with pears, studded with rich, dark chocolate and baked with care before it is beautifully wrapped into a parcel for you.
