Fig and Walnut Panforte

I had all the family around for a meal because we will all be split up on Christmas day and was asked for cheese and biscuits, unprepared I only had 2 cheeses in the fridge, but I had received my order from Lakeland so out came the Fig and Walnut Panforte, when I returned to the table I was surprised how the conversation had now changed and they were all talking about how lovely the Panforte was, even people who normally don't like fruit cake were won over. Once again Lakeland provided excellent quality and I think they may visit their local store and buy some for their Christmas cheese board.
