I was delighted to find this product for the BBQ. I followed the instructions but the chocolate buttons wouldn't melt and seemed very grainy as they broke down. Took them off the BBQ and tipped the contents into a saucepan and tried melting them on the hob. Even that didn't work - the blobs of chocolate hardened and were then unsuitable for dipping. Very disappointing, should have melted some normal chocolate in the conventional way on the cooker which always works perfectly.
