Monty Bojangles Bon Bonanza

These sounded lovely but are 50% powdered icing sugar with a small rock bullet of toffee inside. I tried a couple ans spat them out. Then cut away the icing sugar to just eat the toffee. All absolutely cheap & nasty. I would not recommend wouldnt give them even 1 star but had no choice to submit review. Only thing I have ever brought from lakeland that i dont like.

I bought these for a gift for someone who adores Bon bons. As they were slightly higher in price than your average bag of sweets, I thought they would be a taste sensation. But taste sensation they were not. The recipient took one bite and we thought it was a duff pack! It was ALL icing sugar and a tiny little pip of hard toffee stuff. They were gross. If you love icing sugar, they are definitely for you. But if you are a Bon Bon lover, do not spoil your Bon Bon passion!

Fab packaging, but product is not moreish as suggested on pack. Horrible too sweet coating, and only 1 strawberry 1 in whole pack. But at least they weren't as bad as the milk chocolate sticks I also ordered which here glued together (this was a few days before the heat we have had) and smelt and tasted so bad I threw rest of box away ( no wonder they have been discontinued). these 2 items were a treat for myself to go with the rest of my order. Glad I only paid sale price, as very disapointing.
