This duo of distinctive dressings incorporates some of the favourite flavours of Big Bear and Auntie Frog – the nicknames given to Miss Scarlett’s husband and sister by her children – and will liven up even the plainest of salads as well as a host of other flavours. Big Bear’s Honey Dressing includes mustard and a little basil and is delightful drizzled over cold meats as well as the more bitter salad leaves like chicory, while Aunty Frog’s Lime & Chilli makes a super marinade for fish or chicken and can be used to give a kick to stir-fries too.
