Cottage Delight Breakfast Menu Selection

Purchase this for my best friend for Christmas. Thought it looked great on the website but in reality I was very disappointed with the quality of the 'teapot' blackboard. Made out of cheap quality hardboard which was rough round the edges and too embarrassed to give it to someone I really care about :-(

First issue is that the 'blackboard' is infact just a piece of thin black hardboard. I doubt if I attempted to use chalk on it that it would work but also, it's tiny. Jams are small but I knew that when ordering. Biggest issue - it's essentially out of date. Bought it as a gift for next month but the jams are out of date by next month. Jam should have months of not years of shelf life, not 3 weeks from date of purchase! Waste of money, not worthy as a gift to a family member, even at half price!
