"Very disappointed"

I am normally pleased with Lakeland products but am very disappointed with this item. I ordered two as fun Easter presents for family but there's no way I can give them. The colour is completely faded - and no way looks as the photo shows. And £7.99!! Please let me know how they can be returned.
