We were plagued with ants in the kitchen of a house we rented on holiday one year. They were also in the bedroom behind the headboard, much to my horror. Since then I've taken one of these with me in the suitcase. As I don't have to worry about it leaking, it makes it perfect to travel with. It solves ant problems within a day and is now on my holiday list to take whenever we go abroad!
Don't know if it's just me, or I totally misunderstood the instructions, but I found it impossible to remove the four lugs from this device with my bare fingers. I ended up prising them off with the back of a spoon, but I'm sure this isn't the manufacturer's intention. Although it's too early to tell how effective the item is, I'm going to award it a meagre 3 stars at the outset because I'm just tired of manufacturers making life difficult for customers by providing impossible-to-open products.

I have had lots of trouble with ants in my bathroom since having work done 3 years ago. Using this product has made my life much easier this year and I am buying a stock for next year now - just in case. I did get one incident of the dreaded flying ants which needed a little more intervention but fantastic compared to last year. Definitely recommend.
I seem to have an invasion of ants annually and have used this product every time with great results. As I am 'owned' by a cat I prefer to use this in preference to sprays or powder because I know she is not in danger of ingesting it.
I got this product all the way to Africa to handle the ants in my home! I have always been successful in eradicating Ants, but here in Nigeria I had met my match. It took just one day of ant genocide and I haven't seen an ant since!! It has been a month!! EXcellent excellent product!
