I am gutted. I loved this cookie jar for all of two days - she looked so cute on the shelf. But then I pushed the lid on and the bottom broke. I have no idea why that would happen - something to do with the rubber stopper or a hairline crack in the base? But it should not happen. Very disappointed.
The exact same thing happened to me. I pushed the top on and the bottom broke. However, the staff at Lakeland were marvellous and I returned the broken doll to the shop and got a full refund. Customer Service exemplary, sadly not so, the doll.
