There's nothing worse than hot food on cold plates, so if oven space is at a premium, switch on this handy Electric Plate Warmer.

It warms up to 12 full-sized dinner plates in minutes and takes up very little cupboard space. The perfect solution if oven space is restricted or the hassle of running plates under the hot tap is too much. Simply plug the plate warmer in, insert your plates and leave them to warm while you're free to complete other tasks. This Electric Plate Warmer is thermostatically controlled to keep the plates at the ideal temperature to serve hot food whilst leaving the outer edges safe to handle. This economical device will heat plates with a minimum use of energy. The grid design of the heating elements concentrates heat only at the base of each plate.

"Works well"

This will be my life saver over Christmas. Stores easily and saves all that important oven space.

I was given this plate warmer in December 2003 and have used it ever since on a regular, though not quite daily, basis. It does a great job and a cooler area on part of the plate rim allows easy handling. If it ever conks out I will replace it immediately!
