To anyone who loves ginger beer - as we do - this inially looks quite a nice idea. I was glad I looked inside before giving it as a gift as all it contained was a large sachet of ginger powder and a leaflet. It should have also had yeast, which was missing in our case, but even then that is not much of a kit. It is not true that all you need is lemons and sugar because you really need sodium metabisulphite too, and of course, lots of suitable bottles. Poor Value.
