Made in Hawkshead, here in the Lake District, these opulent whole apricots drenched in an amaretto and citrus syrup were inspired by Italian desserts that Lizzie enjoyed while living in Umbria. We’re so glad she brought this recipe home and, once you’ve tasted the succulent fruits enhanced with a hint of pepper and cinnamon, you will be too!
