Fitting snugly in a 2lb loaf tin the non-stick silicone paper is ideal to use when baking anything from sticky banana bread to fruit loaves. The pleated sides are 6.5cm deep and, being quick release, really easy to peel down when it’s time to cut tasty slices from a loaf.
