This is just what I needed for my baking trays when baking biscuits or cookies
I have purchased these sheets from Lakeland before and will continue to purchase them because they are versatile. Apart from baking, which I don't do very often, I use them for lining pans, especially, non-stick pans so that I don't have to use oil to line my pans. This means that there is less staining on my pans and less washing up. Depending on what I am using the pan for I can sometimes reuse the parchment. Very cost effective. I'm a big fan.
I use these a lot as they are pre-cut to size no waste
Always have these in my kitchen - useful for so many things - lining baking trays and cake tins, wrapping foods for the freezer, separating butter pats in the fridge, using under beef Wellington and other meats in the oven so I can just slide it off the baking tray, even use them to trace a design for piping patterns on cakes.
