Like the other review I can’t even get the first screws in. They simply won’t turn rendering the whole item useless. Mine was scratched too so it’s going back. Disappointing as it was a good idea.

The airer I received was scraped and dusty, as if it had been stored on the floor out of the box, but I wiped it down and assembled it but this was where it failed. It was quite tricky to assemble because the screws were very tight, but I got them in. However, when it was assembled, it felt very unsteady. I could make it more stable by having the side with the extra bar against the wall, but this made it difficult to drape clothes on it. It also doesn't collapse other than the central poles moving in, so it would be quite bulky to store when not in use.
