I have wanted a new iron for a few years now,as my old one is not great,so treated myself, I saw this in the sale so that sealed for me (as the reviews were good for this iron too). There are 2 issues yes (like some reviews say you cant see how much water is in the tank) and it's quite big , but it makes ironing less of a effort because it works well,overall pleased!
I bought this to replace a Tefal iron which I had for many years. I looked at many steam generator irons and read many reviews before I made my purchase. I visited my local store where I could see and feel the iron, I have arthritis in my hands and was pleased at how light and comfortable the iron felt. This iron glides through the ironing with easy and the correct amount of steam. Having the 3 year satisfaction guarantee meaning I could return in the event of not being happy. I am glad I purchased this iron, it is well made and very well priced!
This is my 3rd steam generator. The first was great for the price I paid. The next was a top of the range one which I was disappointed in given the price paid. This Lakeland one ticked all the boxes, especially as it has intellitemp. I’m very impressed with this lightweight product, it glided through the clothes with ease and the steam output was perfect. The only drawback is it can’t stand independently but I’ll guess I’ll soon get used to that. I would definitely recommend this steam generator and think it’s amazing value for money compared to others on the market.

Really pleased with this iron . Not to heavy. My Third steam iron . This really is a great iron, Making ironing so easy . Would highly recommend. Also great price in the sale .
