"Description on packet incorrect"

This is a very pretty peg and I was in need of a new one. I specifically bought it because the description on the packet said that it could be hung on the line. However this is not the case. It has no hook, just a long strap to wear over your shoulder. I did not want that and cannot take it back because it was bought whilst on holiday. We have no Lakeland in Plymouth. In all, a waste of money unless I can do something clever with it and fit a hook myself. Very disappointed. :(
