If a concertina clothes airer could ever be described as elegant, this might just be the one. With a beechwood frame and black steel bars, the Lakeland Beechwood and Steel Concertina Airer doesn’t just dry your clothes quickly and efficiently – it looks the business too.
Narrow enough to tuck neatly into a corner, it’s a great option if you want to be discreet about doing the drying. Quick and easy to put up, with grooves that clip into place to make sure it doesn’t collapse, you can choose between two different height options to suit whatever you’re drying.

- Drying space 8m – holds up to 12kg.
The four bars running along the top form a handy shelf for drying smalls and socks, freeing up the remaining bars for larger items like shirts and jumpers. And when your clothes are all dry and ready for folding away, the airer folds down for easy storage, so you can tuck it away, out of sight, out of mind, ready for the next time you need it.

Incredibly well made clothes airer which looks fantastic. I love the generous spacing between the bars and the fact the height can be adjusted- on its highest setting it is incredibly slimline which is perfect for my tiny cottage. Great quality and sturdy design that feels like it is built to last. I love the fact that Lakeland offer a guarantee with their products too for extra peace of mind. Very happy, thank you Lakeland!

Really pleased with my Beechwood and Steel Concertina Airer. It's stable, easy to erect, has plenty of rails arranged well, plus a section at the top for drying items flat and it fits perfectly in the bath which is out of the way but gets good sunlight. At bath time it lifts out easily without collapsing.

Really pleased with this sturdy clothes airer which I can put outside on the patio and whip it inside quickly if the weather turns. It takes up a relatively small footprint but can hold a load of washing easily. I particularly like the flat drying surface on top for jumpers or on bedding days I can drape sheets over the whole without touching the ground
