"Great for my steam iron" star star star star star_border I was worried it wouldn’t be big enough for my steam iron, but it fits perfectly and is less clunky than my previous ironing board. The design works much better for a steam iron and the difference was instantly noticeable. I didn’t have a problem setting it up.
"There goes my street cred/I need my head examining" star star star_border star_border star_border Never thought I'd review an ironing board. However here we go... it's only good point is that you can hang it up on a hook. It's extremely heavy. It's not menopausal head friendly, you need an engineering degree to open and close it. Clothes stick to the cover so when ironing a dress or blouse and you go to manoeuvre and turn the fabric over it sticks to the cover. I have enough of things sticking to my body as I go through the change. Weird. I'm giving it 2 stars as I suppose I will get used to it and it doesn't look offensive. It's just not worth the money. support_agent A note from the team Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear this hasn't fully met your expectations. "Two ironing boards had same fault" star star_border star_border star_border star_border I loved this product when I saw it in store. The size, shape and design were perfect for my needs. I ordered one online but there was a crack in the plastic brace that holds the legs in place. The ironing board was completely unstable and wobbled terribly. Lakeland arranged a replacement but it arrived with the same fault. I was concerned that even if I received an undamaged one, over time the same weakness could develop. I was devastated because this product had all the features I wanted but I felt I had no alternative but to look elsewhere. support_agent A note from the team I'm very sorry to hear this but can see you've been in touch and we have actioned a refund for you. Apologies for the disappointment caused
