Easy to store and carry
The Glide’s compact folding leg design means both sets of legs fold down to the bottom end of the board, saving tons of space and avoiding scuffing your walls or getting the legs caught on other household objects (we’ve all been there). A large handle on the back of the board makes it really easy to carry, and it doubles up as a secure hanging hook for convenient storage when used with the included bracket. You can hang it on the back of a door, inside a cupboard, or even on your kitchen wall.

Ideal for conventional steam irons, the Glide’s easy-fit cover has a high-quality padded underlay and anti-rip 100% cotton top layer, creating lovely smooth surface for ironing. The cover also has a heat-resistant silicone iron rest built in for convenience, which complements the streamlined design of the board. And it couldn’t be easier to change the cover thanks to the handy cord toggle that makes removing and fitting it a doddle.
Adjustable height

I've had many ironing boards over the (very many) years, and this is by far the best! A breeze - and quiet! - to put up and down (once you realise you have to keep the yellow button depressed until completely closed) and much less obtrusive when stored without the legs sticking up like most boards. It even looks nice! I'm very happy with it and I'm glad you have the replacement covers now.
This is a replacement for an ageing ironing board - I couldn't find suitable replacement covers for it anywhere so I had to get a new board. While I doubt if anything could make ironing pleasurable, this board goes a long way towards that. It is a good height, taller than the one I had been using, and the padded surface is excellent giving a very smooth finish. And it folds up very neatly for storage. So: it certainly makes ironing a lot easier.
A new ironing board to replace the one bought as a wedding 44 years ago was a big decision. The choice range was huge and all I knew was that I didn’t want one with a chrome rack at one end for my iron. I chose eventually the Joseph Joseph Glide ironing board. I am very pleased despite it being a little heavier than I expected. The range of height adjustment is excellent and the unique fold away action is very good. The bracket for the wall to hang the board on for storage is a good idea if you want to use it. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. It does a great job and looks good too.
I love this ironing board. Easy to handle, the fold and unfold technique is simple, it also comes with a storage hook which is fabulous and easy to install All one shape so your iron cable doesn’t snag on anything Very sturdy too. Great design
I needed a shorter than normal ironing board to fit in a cupboard in my new house. This fits the bill. It’s very nice and easy to use. However it is really heavy. I don’t think good design needs to be that heavy. My mum was interested in buying one but after lifting mine she realised it was far to heavy for her which is disappointing.
