"Just returned this model to a different household chain"
Thought I’d try it instead of the plastic one I usually buy from Lakeland. even with one blouse on a hanger the arm dips and hanger slides to the end and sometimes off. if there are more than one hanger on the arm they slide and bunch together so clothes don’t dry and put considerable strain on the weak point, which is a small plastic lip that is used as the locking mechanism - the first of which snapped the first week. I tried to get inventive about how to adapt the airer to make it work. Hanging on two arms at once helped. But it’s not my job to find a solution to a design fault.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry this airer hasn't worked well for you. We've sent you an email to help further. We'd recommend spreading the clothes evenly across the airer for best results. Thanks again for your feedback.
