Ultra-smooth Durilium AirGlide soleplate
Durilium AirGlide technology ensures the soleplate goes on gliding effortlessly year after year and ensures optimal steam diffusion for easy, efficient ironing.
Precision tip
Designed to make tackling seams and gliding around buttons simple, there are active steam holes at the tip, on the sides and in the centre of the soleplate too, so creases don’t stand a chance!
Steam power!
Putting you in complete control, the temperature is variable from 95-215°C to suit a huge variety of fabrics, and there are several steam options, too. There’s a continuous steam output of 40g per minute to remove creases with ease, a 150g per minute steam shot – ideal for thick fabrics, tricky creases or vertical ironing – or you can turn the steam off for dry ironing.
Protection against limescale
Tefal’s exclusive, easy-to-clean scale collector protects against the build-up of limescale particles, maintaining durable steam performance for the life of the iron.
Auto shut-off feature
It happens – you go to make a cup of tea mid-ironing pile and, before you know it, something else distracts you and it’s been 10 minutes since you wandered away from the iron… For peace of mind and extra safety, the iron will turn itself off after 8 minutes if left on its heel, and will shut off after 30 seconds if left on its soleplate.
Anti-drip protection
The anti-drip feature prevents those annoying water stains for spotless results, even when you’re ironing at low temperatures.
