"Wouldn't recommend..." star star star_border star_border star_border I liked this initially although the strings, as others have said, are not thick enough. They sag easily and not good for heavy items like jeans or big towels. If it starts raining and you need to bring your washing indoors, it will not fit through a standard doorway. If it's partially collapsed (with washing on it) to get it through the door, it's impossible to extend it again. The central locking mechanism no longer works. This is after light use for 4 years of use during drying weather, and only as a back up when the washing line is full. It's not repairable. Should last longer than this. support_agent A note from the team We appreciate the feedback for it not fitting a standard doorway – we will pass this onto the supplier. We’re very sorry to hear it didn't meet your expectations. Sadly as it’s outside our 3 year guarantee, so we’re unable to help further on this occasion” Apologies for the disappointment caused.
"Third Time Lucky" star star star star star_border support_agent A note from the team Glad to hear the replacement is working well. We offer a 3-year guarantee on every product. It means if you buy anything from us and you're not 100% satisfied, or if you decide it's not for you after all, you have plenty of time to return it for a full refund or replacement.
"Convenient" star star star star star I love it. Quick & easy to pop up. No reaching to hang the washing and pegs are not required unless it's exceptionally windy. Can move it around to follow the sun. It's not the best for larger items, but these can be draped over the top. Great for people who don't have a washing line or rotary and like to dry outdoors. Also for people in short term accommodation. Wouldn't be wihout it.
"Good product" star star star star star_border This is a nice airer but as one customer points out it is too short for some longer items.I often like to hang my husbands shirts on hangers then onto the line but the sleeves dangle on the floor. An higher airer would be brilliant. Joan Seaman
"Best 'clothes horse' ever" star star star star star This is brilliant, so much so that after I got mine, I bought my 2 daughters one each. One uses her alongside her rotary airer outside. It's brilliant for inside the house and outside. It's much more stable than the freestanding rotary airer although I do like that one too, just not as much as this. Now if they could just do a bigger and taller version of this, it would be a best seller.
