Adding to the list of brilliant ways to cook in your Ooni Pizza Oven, this 3-Piece Grizzler Pan Set comprises an oval griddle pan with a removable handle and its own thick wooden trivet to protect your patio table when you’re ready to serve what you’ve cooked inside your Ooni.

Ideal for searing thick cuts of meat – complete with those authentic flame-grilled stripes – or speedy cooking of hearty chunks of veg, such as cauliflower steaks, it’s also super-useful for baking in a conventional oven rather than outdoors.

Set includes:

• Cast Iron Grizzler Dish – a deeper than average sizzling dish with raised ridges that make it perfect for searing meats or roasting vegetables.
• Cast Iron Handle – uniquely designed to help you safely transfer your sizzler dish in and out of the oven, it locks into the looped handles at either end of the dish to help you place it into the pizza oven and then extract it again once the cooking’s done.
• Wooden Trivet – a thick wooden board that’s shaped to hold the cast iron dish perfectly when it comes out of the oven, it acts as a safe resting place that’ll protect your table and looks great as a serving board. Made from FSC-certified wood.
