How It Works

Easily attaching to the rear of your Ooni Pro, this stainless steel pellet burner just slides on, screws into place and you’re ready to go. There’s no need to interrupt cooking to refuel or stoke the flames, the hopper is easy to access and there’s a special cutout at the side of the firebox to insert a match, a spill or a blowtorch nozzle to get the flames going at the start.

About Ooni Wood Pellets

Sold separately, these inexpensive hardwood pellets are made from 100% sustainable beechwood chippings, compressed to become dense and energy efficient, with a low moisture content. Igniting easily to help the oven reach temperatures of over 500°C in as little as 10 minutes, they create very little ash so there’s hardly any clean-up required.

Please note : Ooni Wood Pellets need to be stored in a dry place or airtight container.
