What’s on the Menu?

Sizzling steaks, seafood stews, fresh fish fillets, cassoulet and coq au vin – you name it, this 2-in-1 dish set can probably cook it. Outdoors, in your Ooni Pro Pizza Oven.

Set Includes:

• Cast Iron Casserole Dish – made from cast iron, this heavy duty oval casserole has been custom-made to slot neatly into a Ooni Pro Outdoor Oven, but it can be used in any type of ordinary indoor oven too. Wherever you use it, it’s sure to retain heat and keep your delicious meal hot for a long time after it’s come out of the oven.
• Cast Iron Sizzler Dish – a dual-purpose dish that doubles as the lid of the casserole and as a shallow sizzler pan to cook steaks, fish, seafood or vegetables.
• Cast Iron Handle – uniquely designed to help you extract the casserole or the sizzler dish from the oven, it locks into the looped handles at either end of the dishes to help you place them into the pizza oven and then extract them once the cooking’s done.
• Wooden Trivet – a thick wooden board that’s shaped to hold the casserole or the sizzler dish perfectly when they come out of the oven, it creates safe resting place that’ll protect your table. Made from FSC-certified wood.

Casserole, sizzler dish and handle are heat resistant up to 600°C.
