With all the heat being generated by your super-efficient Ooni Pro Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven, it’s a great idea to make like the professionals and use the custom-designed Ooni Pro Pizza Peel to slide pizza, flatbreads and rustic loaves in and out of the oven.

Because Ooni Pro cooks a freshly baked pizza in as little as 60 seconds, it’s a good idea to have a peel close at hand to get your ready-to-bake and ready-to-eat pizzas in and out quickly. Made especially for Ooni Pro, the wide, flat aluminium head of this peel helps support the pizza base as you place it on atop and lift it from the super-hot pizza stones, and the long plywood handle is comfortable to hold, even with thick oven gloves on your hands. And, of course, it’s perfectly sized to fit through Ooni Pro’s letterbox-style pizza door.

Before placing an uncooked pizza base onto your Pizza Peel, it’s a good idea to sprinkle a little flour or semolina on top to prevent sticking.

Heat resistant up to 600°C.
