A sturdy portable barbecue that won’t scorch its surroundings, its rigid cooking grate holds food above the flames, away from the direct heat of your charcoal embers, so it cooks food evenly throughout without burning it to a cinder on the outside first. Made in close collaboration with the designers and engineers at Australian barbecue specialists, Everdure, Heston’s mission was to create the perfect modern barbecue. Packed with Features

Compact and Portable – Compact and easily carried, this holiday-friendly barbecue cooker can be taken anywhere that you fancy eating with family or friends. Perfect for long, lazy days at the seaside, it’s great for packing into your caravan or mobile home, fab for narrowboats, houseboats and camping, and brilliant for carrying to the local park for a relaxed evening get-together with friends.

Integrated Storage Tray – The deep lift-off top tier is made from food-grade polypropylene, so it’s perfect for marinating things in the fridge overnight, or to store cutlery, paper plates and napkins etc. And, of course, if you slip a slim freezer block or two into the tray, you could use it to transport meat or fish to your barbecue too.

Integrated Bamboo Chopping Board – the lid of the CUBE acts as a cover for the tray and can double as a chopping board.

Two Secure Safety Latches – Keep all the tiers securely locked together for transporting to your destination, and make sure that nothing goes astray when it’s stored away.

Porcelain-Enamel Coating – Both the charcoal tray and the body of the firebox are coated with a durable enamel layer that always looks smart and is easy to clean – inside and out.

Built-In Heat Protection Shield – Underneath, there’s a protective shield that helps keep the firebox hot and the surroundings cool, so you can place your Everdure CUBE almost anywhere and not worry about scorching the ground or burning a picnic table.

Cool Touch Handles – Regardless of how hot your coals get, the side handles stay cool so you can get a grip without burning yourself. Heston has ensured that the struts of the handles are exactly engineered to the perfect length to dissipate the heat before it can reach your hands.

Removable Chrome Grill – Strongly made with a generous cooking area, the chromium-plated steel grill lifts out easily for cleaning.

Removable Charcoal Pan – Once everything’s cooled down, the enamel-coated pan just lifts out of the firebox to make ash removal and clean-up really easy.

Manual Ignition – In true barbecue tradition, lighting the coals is the first task. The CUBE has been designed to create optimum cooking heat with a short warm-up time.

Heat Resistant to 300°C.

As you’d expect from Heston, he’s thought of everything, the Everdure CUBE BBQ can also be carried in its own bespoke bag (available separately). Tailor-made to accommodate the CUBE, the black canvas carry-all has sturdy PU leather carry handles that offer multiple carrying options, with an internal strap to secure the barbecue in place and an extra drawstring bag for dirty dishes, so nothing gets sticky or messy on your way home.
