Using the included roasting stand, the Cobb BBQ makes easy work of bigger cuts of beef, a shoulder of lamb, or even a whole chicken. Simply stand the chicken upright on the rack and place in the Cobb barbecue. That will then get to work evenly and efficiently roasting your poultry, leaving it irresistibly succulent and juicy. When you’ve finished, leave to cool and both the extension ring and roasting stand will fit inside your carry bag, meaning it is right there when you need it.
