Having taken delivery of the Thuros barbecue with a bent base plate Lakeland thankfully sent a new base unit, well done Lakeland. It work well as a small barbecue. Be aware that you need to choose the size of charcoal you are going to use with care, if you pick chunky charcoal this will only allow you a single layer as the grill grid will not fit in place if the charcoal is too thick. I would like to suggest a couple of improvement that could be made, handles to allow you to move the base unit while still warm and height adjustment on the grill to allow some control over the cooking.
