I was thrilled to see this on Lakeland's site and had no hesitation in ordering one. To begin with I was unable to remove a napkin without it tearing, after a chat with someone from Lakeland I learned that the correct way is to have the open end facing you and hold the corners. This successfully removes an extremely thin napkin, not much use for a man. Overall I would say its a brilliant idea, but I would gladly pay extra for a much stronger napkin. I'll use my new napkin hoder for bbq & kitchen roll too! The after service from Lakeland though has been second to none.They do listen. Thank You
